I am the Owner and Managing Broker of RE/MAX Future in Elmhurst, Illinois. I have spent more than 16 years in real estate, completing more than 550 home sales and building my career around one simple principle: treat people honestly, stay involved, and find a way to get the deal done.
My experience in real estate goes well beyond traditional buying and selling. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in more than 100 new construction home transactions and more than 150 rehabs and flips. I have worked with homeowners, investors, builders, high-end developers, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, designers and contractors on projects throughout Elmhurst and Chicago’s western suburbs.
A large part of my business today is focused on Elmhurst, particularly new construction, redevelopment and properties that require more than a standard real estate approach. My experience includes identifying teardown opportunities, sourcing off-market properties, assembling land, combining and splitting lots, evaluating redevelopment opportunities, navigating zoning and permitting issues, municipal approvals and understanding how flood-zone considerations can affect a project.
Almost daily... I load up articles about local Elmhurst markets, sometimes villages around Elmhurst

In 2026 alone, I secured nine properties in Elmhurst for new construction projects. With vacant lots becoming increasingly difficult to find in established Elmhurst neighborhoods, I often work directly with buyers and builders to identify older homes, oversized lots, potential lot splits and properties that may not even be listed for sale. My role is on the real estate side. I locate and help secure the opportunity, while the builders and developers I work with execute the construction.
I have also developed a reputation for taking on properties that are not always easy to sell. That can mean an older home buyers have overlooked, an unusual property, a luxury home with a limited buyer pool, a redevelopment opportunity or a listing where the previous strategy simply did not work. My approach is hands-on. I look at the property itself, the numbers, presentation, marketing and the potential buyer before deciding how it should be positioned.
My career as a brokerage owner began with an independent company in Elmhurst. I opened the brokerage that became REDCO Realty and spent approximately 14 years operating independently before transitioning the company to the RE/MAX network. In 2025, REDCO became RE/MAX Future. The move allowed us to keep the local culture and relationships we had built while gaining the technology, marketing resources and international recognition of the RE/MAX brand. I have described that decision as one of the best decisions of my career and a game changer for the company.
Today, RE/MAX Future has more than 20 brokers, and I remain personally involved in brokerage management, agent development, training and transaction oversight. When the original transition to RE/MAX was announced in 2025, the brokerage reported lifetime production approaching $580 million.

My background also gives me a practical understanding of investment real estate. Early in my career I was involved in investing, rehabbing properties, condo conversions and turnaround projects. That experience continues to influence how I evaluate properties today because I tend to look beyond what a property currently is and consider what it could become.
I am a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Home Design Professional and Real Estate Ethics Arbitrator. I have also served on the Professional Standards Committee with the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. My work covers residential real estate, luxury homes, investment properties, new construction, redevelopment and more complicated transactions where experience and problem solving can make a meaningful difference.
Although my business reaches throughout Chicago and the western suburbs, Elmhurst has become the center of my professional life. I opened my first Elmhurst real estate office in 2014, and today RE/MAX Future operates from 647 N. York Road. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Elmhurst as well as communities including Addison, Bensenville, Villa Park, Lombard, Wood Dale and the surrounding Chicagoland area.
I’m also bilingual in English and Polish, and before real estate became my career, hockey was a major part of my life. I spent my childhood and teenage years playing competitive ice hockey, including time with the Polish National Team. That competitive background has stayed with me throughout my business career.
What matters most to me, however, is how I conduct business. I believe in honesty, being accessible, staying personally involved and treating people the way I would want to be treated. I’m a hands-on person by nature. Whether I’m helping someone sell a family home, finding an off-market property for a builder, working through a complicated transaction or helping one of our brokers grow their business, I prefer to be directly involved rather than watching from the sidelines.
My philosophy in business and in life is simple: Live and let live.
Real estate changes constantly, but my approach has remained consistent. Understand the property, understand the people involved, tell the truth, solve the problems in front of you and keep working until the job is finished.
